Description

Our mission is growing, and we are therefore looking for an engaged HR Specialist who wants to make a difference.

You will be part of the HR team, which is one of six teams within the Business Support department. The HR team provides qualified HR support to the operations of Göteborgs Stads Leasing and also contributes HR expertise to two other municipal companies. You will be part of a competent and collaborative team focused on quality and support to the operations.

In this role, you will work broadly and closely with HR issues and provide qualified support to our operations and their managers. This includes supporting managers in employer and personnel matters, providing HR-related information at APT meetings, working with recruitment and rehabilitation, and coaching managers in labor law issues.

In addition, you will take on the role of process leader for work environment and health. You are responsible for ensuring that routines, policies, and working methods are in place, current, and followed within the organization. You will drive and develop the systematic work environment efforts, follow up on initiatives, and contribute to a long-term, health-promoting focus. A central part of the assignment is to coordinate, follow up, and further develop the SAM annual wheel, as well as to develop and update policies, guidelines, instructions, and directives related to work environment and health as needed. Through a process-leading responsibility, you will lead, drive, and develop the work within the entire work environment area.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in human resources or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have at least five years of experience in qualified HR work. Experience in the public sector and work environment efforts is an advantage.
